Academic support forms to be delivered to Agua Verde schools
We drop off academic support applications and discuss acceptance criteria with the teachers

Academic support candidates are presented to sponsors
Qualified student's names, grades and request letters are presented to the potential sponsors so you have an opportunity to select the student you want to sponsor.
Final grades for students already in the program will be reviewed and their existing sponsors contacted for another year of sponsorship.

We begin purchasing school supplies for all the kids and notifying them that they will, in fact, be sponsored. We do lots of shopping around for bargains to make the most of the money we have to spend.

Trip to Agua Verde, México
Purpose: to meet with all the applicants, do a final qualification, and award the sponsorships. This year we'll be delivering about 74 scholarships!
