The 9th Annual Mexican Fiesta Dinner and Dance has been scheduled!

Academic support applications due back from students
Qualified students' names, grades and request letters are presented to the potential sponsors so each has an opportunity to select the student they want to sponsor.

Applications are screened and candidates are presented to sponsors
Final grades for students already in the program will be reviewed and their existing sponsors contacted for another year of sponsorship.

We begin purchasing school supplies for all the kids and notifying them that they have a sponsor. We do lots of shopping around for bargains to make the most of the donations we've received.

Trip to Agua Verde, México
Purpose: to meet with all the applicants, do a final qualification, and award the sponsorships. Our goal is to maintain between 90 & 95 sponsorships.
